纪念改革开放40年大赛摄影类补充说明

纪念改革开放四十年书法摄影绘画大赛已开启，现就摄影类作一些补充说明如下：

1．请参赛作品紧紧围绕大赛主题来创作，记录时代，聚焦人民，凸显主题。弘扬和讴歌我国改革开放四十年来的成就，发挥影像力量，见证新时代，共筑中国梦。

2．参赛作品请务必在作品标题加【40年】。例如：【40年】日新月异的深圳特区。每位作者限投稿5幅, 可以是单幅或组照（每组不超过5幅），彩色、黑白照片不限。接受手机作品参赛，像素可适当降低。投稿尺寸不超过800KB，注明时间、地点、拍摄工具及技术参数。获奖作品需提供格式为JPEG或RAWE(大小不得小于5M)，大赛组委会将用于非商业行为的出版画册，展览及其他公益宣传，并不另付酬劳及稿费。

3．谢绝提供电脑创意和改变原始影像的作品（只可做亮度、对比度、色彩饱和度的适度微调，不得做合成、添加、大幅度改变色彩技术处理）。在后期制作中，对影调和色彩等视觉效果的调整须适度，以不违背拍摄对象客观真实属性为原则。彩色可以整体（不可局部）转变为黑白或单色。另外，为了保持画面的整体性，要求参赛作品不得添加图片和水印，不得做画框。

4．提倡精品。文学部罗匡龙、王明芳、徐蓉儿担任网站初评评委，负责遴选入围作品，对不符合参展要求的作品有权作退稿处理，对入围作品提交推荐评语，终审评委由京津冀书法研究院指派专家担任。

5.投稿位置：首页【摄影】栏目。征文栏目另辟有参赛作品集结地。
